Sara is a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer in the Employment and Civil Litigation Department.

Sara joined Knowles Benning in 1996 and is a Specialist in Employment Law. Sara is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and qualified as a Lawyer in May 2009.

Sara is able to advise on all aspects of Employment Law and Employment Rights’ and Practices to both employers and employees. Sara advises clients on Settlement Agreements and negotiates the same. Sara regularly attends Employment Tribunals.

Sara is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

As HR Manager for the firm, Sara can utilise this skills to advise Employers on the HR processes and procedures from recruitment, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures to termination and tribunal.

Sara has broad experience in civil litigation and advises clients on residential landlord and tenant repossession and mortgage repossession claims and represents clients in the County Court.
